Project Summery

Decipha is a recruitment platform that helps job seekers get expert feedback on their CVs. Built on WordPress with custom PHP development, it allows users to upload their career information and automatically get matched with a recruiter who reviews their CV and provides detailed insights. The system integrates Stripe Connect to manage user payments and securely distribute earnings to recruiters.

Working on this platform was a fulfilling experience. It involved creating a complete multi-role system (admin, recruiter, user) and building custom flows for feedback delivery and payment handling. The client was thrilled with the final product and appreciated the level of detail and reliability built into the system. I was equally proud of the results and the impact it’s having. The project was developed using WordPress (PHP), JavaScript, MySQL, and Stripe API.
